There are probably 300 girls in this game for every one car, and unfortunately that's not much of an exaggeration. Every single race has a photo of a real woman in very revealing clothes, if you have a female avatar she can wear a bikini top (because that's proper racing attire), the loading icon is the silhouette of a nude dancer, all of the female competitors subtly flirt with the player, the only men in any of the available decals are cartoon gangsters (think of those "Homies" figures but with guns) and there are about five of them versus probably 75 girls, all of whom are showing cleavage, and your home base is inexplicably a strip club. Your car just sits under some flashy rave lights while strippers dance on poles in the background, and when you choose to go race it zooms in on one of them.
So yeah. For a racing game, this is... I don't think it can even be called a racing game.
To be fair, the modification is pretty extensive except for BMWs. You can only have OEM wheels and performance parts (including BMW-branded nitrous) and you're not allowed to alter the body of the car in any way, because apparently BMW is or was too pretentious for a drifting video game.

When I see those kinds of games, I like to imagine that a subversive game artist actually made half of them tvs or transsexuals.

I played the shit out of Juiced 2 way back when. Still have yet to beat it. Maybe I should fix that. What is the game selling for these days? $10?

Not entirely sure, but it's actually very addicting so I would recommend that.
My only complaint is that there is a separate career mode for online... So you need to start from scratch if you want your times on leaderboards or the ability to buy/sell graphics and stuff.
